New York News Ukraine seeks other states’ help to stop Russia from ‘sabotaging’ civilians’ evacuation
Ukraine has called anew on states to continue making all possible efforts to force Russia to stop violating the ceasefire agreement so population from besieged cities can safely seek refuge to safer borders.
